INTRODUCTION​

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jiazi ("Application", "we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions. By accessing or using our Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

USING OUR APPLICATION​

You may use our Application only if you can form a binding contract with us, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Application.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that certain technical and analytical data may be collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES​

Jiazi offers optional paid features through subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases, processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented in the app before purchase.

  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not directly process refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases.
  • Free trials. Where offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT​

Jiazi may include AI-assisted readings and interpretations. These are provided for personal reflection and entertainment only. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

USER CONTENT​

You retain ownership of any questions, notes, or profile data you enter into the Application. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Services to you (for example, syncing across your devices and generating AI-assisted readings).

PRIVACY POLICY​

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share your information. By using or accessing the Application, you agree that we can collect and use such content and information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS​

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and will always post the most current version on our Application. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you.

TERMINATION​

We may terminate or suspend your right to access or use our Application for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

DISCLAIMER​

The Application and all included content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Jiazi is offered for personal reflection and entertainment, not as professional advice.

EISBERG LABS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EISBERG LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
